China Gold International Resources Received a Reaffirmed Long-Term Corporate Rating from Standard & Poor's

VANCOUVER, September 14, 2016 – China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. (TSX: CGG; HKEx: 2099) (the “Company” or “China Gold International Resources”) is pleased to announce that Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services (“S&P”) has reaffirmed the Company’s BBB- long-term corporate credit rating. This is a reflection of the Company’s good track record of mining operations and profitability and strong support from the controlling shareholder, China National Gold Group, as well. The rating provides the Company with continuous access to a wide range of low cost funding opportunities and will facilitate and further enhance its already successful track record in the financial markets.
