November 9, 2011 - CGG CEO met with Newmont Vice President
On November 9, 2011, the Company CEO, Mr. Xin Song, met with Mr. Blake Rhodes, Vice President, and Mr. Xiaolin Wu, senior manager of Newmont Mining Corporation at the head office of China Gold National Group in Beijing, China.
During the meeting, Mr. Song introduced about future strategic development plan of the Company and China National Gold Group. He commented that it would be very important to cooperate with Newmont in many fields, including exploration, operation and refractory technology and so on.
Mr. Blake also commented that Newmont was looking forward to its future cooperation. As there are many potential opportunities for both companies to cooperate in many fields, not only in China and American, but also in other countries.
Both of the parties suggested to design a framework as soon as possible. It will be convenient for both parties to communicate and work with each other.

November 6, 2011 - CGG CEO met with Minister of the Department of Natural Resources of Canada
On November 6, 2011, the company CEO, Mr. Song Xin, met with Mr. Joe Oliver, Minister of the Department of Natural Resources of Canada during the China Mining Congress & Expo.
During the meeting, Mr. Song introduced about the Company and emphasized that the Company is looking forward to its future business development and cooperation in the Canadian market. Meanwhile, the company also really appreciates the great support from the Canadian government. As the Company act as only overseas listing vehicle of China National Gold Group, China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. is actively seeking business projects in Canadian market. Hope it can have a great success in the near future.
Mr. Oliver also introduced about Canadian resource market and had some inquires about the Company's future development strategies in Canada. He commented that there were great natural resources with stable investment environment in Canada. He really hopes that China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. will have a great success in developing in Canada.
